sproutful is a calm companion for everyday wellbeing. it brings gentle breathing, focus sessions, a gratitude jar, soothing soundscapes, journaling (text, audio, and video), mood check-ins, and friendly voice calls with your sprout into one cozy place. it's made to help you slow down, reflect, and feel a little more grounded each day.

is sproutful a replacement for therapy or medical care?

no. sproutful is for personal wellness, relaxation, and self-improvement only. it is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. if you are in crisis or facing an emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.

how old do i need to be to use sproutful?

you must be at least 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. if you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before using the app.

what devices does sproutful work on?

sproutful is an ios app and works on iphone and ipad. you'll want a recent version of ios and an internet connection for sign-in, syncing, and sprout calls.

how do i create an account?

you can sign in with apple or with google. we use your sign-in only to create and secure your account and to sync your entries across your devices.

how do i delete my account?

you can delete your account anytime from settings inside the app. deleting your account removes your entries and associated data as described in our privacy policy.

journaling and exercises

what can i journal with?

you can write text entries, record audio, or capture video journals, and track your mood over time. you can revisit past entries anytime from the journal calendar.

what mind and breathing exercises are included?

sproutful includes guided breathing, a focus timer, a calming visual space, and a gratitude jar where you drop shells to save the things you're grateful for. they're small rituals you can return to whenever you need a reset.

is my journal private?

yes. your journal is private to you. when you're signed in, your entries and media sync securely to your account across your devices. we don't sell your content. see our privacy policy for full details.

how do daily reminders work?

turn on daily reminders in settings and we'll send a gentle nudge to breathe, reflect, and check in with yourself.

sprout calls

what is a sprout call?

a sprout call is a friendly voice chat with one of your sprout companions. you talk out loud and they listen and respond gently, so it feels like checking in with a caring friend. you can also chat by text.

how does sprout call time work?

everyone gets a few free minutes to try a call. a sproutful plus membership includes call time that refreshes with each billing period, and your time counts down only while you're on an active call.

what happens when i run out of call time?

your call gently pauses and you'll see your options. you can add 15 more minutes for $6.99, and that time stacks on top of your plan and stays until you use it.

can i rely on what a sprout says?

sprout responses are generated by ai and are meant for gentle, reflective conversation. they may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete, so please don't rely on them as factual, professional, or medical advice. you use ai features at your own discretion.

sproutful plus and billing

what's free, and what needs sproutful plus?

you can enjoy journaling, a selection of soundscapes, the mind and breathing exercises, and a few free sprout call minutes at no cost. sproutful plus unlocks every soundscape, video journaling, extra sprout companions, and a refreshing monthly pool of call time.

what plans are available and how am i billed?

sproutful plus is offered as a weekly or monthly subscription, with live prices shown in the app before you confirm. purchases are processed through the apple app store, and payment is charged to your apple id at confirmation. subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

how do i cancel?

open settings from the menu, tap manage subscription, and cancel through your app store settings. canceling stops future renewals, and your plus features stay active until the current period ends.

do you offer free trials or refunds?

if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you start a paid subscription. purchases and refunds are handled by apple under apple's policies, so we generally can't issue refunds for app store purchases directly.

how do i restore a purchase?

if you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap restore on any subscription screen to bring back a subscription tied to your apple id.

who can see my data?

your entries are private to your account. we store and sync them only to provide the service to you, and we don't sell your content. for full details, please read our privacy policy.

where is my information stored?
